Mai 2001 zur Harmonisierung bestimmter Aspekte des Urheberrechts und der verwandten Schutzrechte der Informationsgesellschaft („InfoSoc-RL“) auszulegen. Die richtlinienkonforme Auslegung ergibt, dass auch Luftbildaufnahmen von § 59 Abs. 1 UrhG gedeckt sind und auch der Einsatz von Hilfsmitteln nicht aus der Schutzschranke heraus führt. www.klebba.legal
